Day 3 – Configuring

On Day 3 we use the roadmap document and deploy Project Online and start the configuration with your selected Project Manager or IT Administrator.

We will walk them through the configuration process step-by-step and start implementing the items identified on the roadmap, such as:

  • Enterprise Calendars
  • Importing Resources
  • Configuration of Time and Task Management
  • Security Templates
  • Custom Permissions

We will also provide your administrator with a copy of our Managing Microsoft Project Online book to be used for reference.
